Is anyone familiar with Swasthya Yoga?
This style of yoga claims to be the original and most complete form.
There is a web site , but it's in Portuguese and Spanish.

Sorry, I am usually quite "up" on my yoga but I know nothing of this form.

Yeah, right. Anyone can claim what they want. Hatha yoga is at least 1000 years old--it simply isn't possible to sort out the reality going that far back. There are many fine styles and good teachers. Don't get flummoxed by hype!
