I got the e-mail telling me the softwork dvd was shipped on the 19th.

Do you have any idea when they will deliver it?

I have to make sure someone is at home to recieve it as i'm at college most of the week.

Unfortunately nobody will be able to tell you a day when your order will be delivered to your door. Your shipping address is not in the U.S. but overseas. Usually it takes 7-14 business days for a package to be delivered in your country. Though nobody knows how long it will take for Customs to clear your package. We did email you a copy of the mailing receipt for your order. You can contact your local Post office and ask them to inform you once your order will arrive there.
