hi my names chris and i was just wondering about the frolov device. I was thinking of gettting it and using it to help with my progress in be breathed. can any help with how i would go about doing that

out of interest/ignorance what are the differences between the frolov method ? ( i guess a question for those who have tried both)

RMAX has since discontinued providing the Frolov Device, as all of the results can be reproduced without the equipment using CST's Performance Breathing (as demonstrated in the course, Be Breathed).
