I am interested in acquiring a set of clubbells and thought I would learn from the list before purchasing. I have been working out with kb's and really enjoy them. I'm definetly not interested in "body building" but more into functional strength and health; especially joint health. So one of the things I am looking for is advice on what size cb's to get. I have all three sizes of kb's (1.0, 1.5 and 2.0) and mainly work out with the 1.5. I can snatch and and C&J the 2.0 for a few reps but I want to spend more time with the 1.5. I am thinking in terms of getting the 15 pounders.
I notice a lot of people mention martial arts in their posts. My primary martial art interest is in the shooting arts. I practice the use of the pistol, rifle and shotgun as fighting weapons and in the past have taught these skills.
