Hey,
Just a heads up for anybody in the UK or Ireland, Channel 4 commissioned a documentary on Parkour some time ago which has now started being shown so keep your eye on the TV Guide as they usually repeat things like this two or three times.
I saw it last night and it really is quite spectacular, it opens with a summary of the development of free-running in Britain then moves to Paris and then back to the UK where two french free-reunners work with a diverse mix of UK architecture, starting with the Giants Causeway in Northern Ireland and finishing in the South Bank by way of the Millenium Stadium and Forth Rail Bridge (380 ft up) and other landmarks.
