Hello, my name is Francis Alton and I live in Philadelphia, PA. I found out about the future of physical culture by training at Maxercise, 707 Chestnut St., starting with "Super-Slow" weight training, then adding more body weight exercises and then about a year ago I started to train in BJJ under Regis Lebre and Prof. Steve Maxwell, our two black belt instructors. I first went onto rmax.tv when I heard Steve recommending the Ultimate Grappling Shoes to a teammate. I own Body-Flow, and I think that is pretty much the coolest thing ever. I am very grateful to be on my way to reclaiming my body's rightful state of health, and although school and family life has been preventing me from training enough recently, I am confident that the more I assimilate myself into this, the FUTURE OF PHYSICAL CULTURE, the more I'll be at the gym, discussing these methods and others with my beloved teammates and teachers. So, I haven't yet started training with Clubbells, but Steve has a whole arsenal and I am very much looking forward to that good burn  ; I figure that losing some of my RMT through Body-Flow first couldn't hurt. Another reason I am so excited about having found Body-Flow is that it is startlingly similar to breakdancing, but the movements massage your body too!, and I am a serious drum and bass head so to use those moves on the dance floor and then explain after the party why I move like that will be a good thing for the world of underground music and for the future of physical culture. It is truly an honor to have been asked to introduce myself on this forum, and I look forward with an open mind to everything I'll be learning here.
