hi all friends..........
this is my first post here so please bare with my questions.....
i currently only own grapplers tool box and the clubbell training dvd so my ifo is some what old......
Q1:is the information on the grapplers tool box differ alot from the new info in body-flow ?
Q2:how does body-flow inhance perfomance?
Q3:how does strenght training affect your body mobilty(wich you inhance threw J.M drills and body flow)?in other words does it compliment it or does it undo what you did?
