I have kenpo and Judo on Tuesday, thursday, and saturday. Each class is accompanied by a kinda tough calisthenic workout, so my question for you older and wiser heads is thus:

Would I be better off doing some clubbell work on the same day as my workouts, or on my off days?

Many martial artists find the optimum time to be between 8-12 hours before skill practice, followed by at least 24 hours of rest.
