My name is Matt DiGennaro. My first sessions using the 10 lb clubbells have been a humbling experience to say the least. I could not believe how weak and confused some of my muscle groups were. Needless to say, I made some bad training choices during my late high school/early college years, but I ended up with a BS in exercise science after being driven to find a better way than narrow minded fitness and bodybuilding trends. I am CSCS certified and currently pursuing a Masters. My passion is movement studies. I was exposed to kettlebells through Dragon Door, and Clubbells through John Davies web site. I have a modest background in Tae Kwon Do. Low tech, Inside out, from the ground up are my philosphies. These training mediums are a brilliant and unprecedented way to improve movement education, athletic performance, rehab and injury prevention, and focus.
