I was just reading the clubbell book and came to the part about dynamic flexibility when using clubbells.
Obviousley ww works on this principle too so I was wondering if there is an ideal speed of performing ww.
Usually depending on whether it is my first ww session of the day or not I vary the speeds.
Sometimes fast and try to feel as if my body is breathing and try to use the whole body as one limb.
Other times i'll go really slow and try to feel and work closely with the breath feeling minute changes.
Does this sound good or should I keep it fast?
I guess it depends on my goals. I think ww can be used for several purposes e.g. rom, breath intergration, proprioception enhancement etc.
I suppose ww is meant to train all these at once so should I stick to the speed used in the vid?
Cheers.
