When doing the joint circles on the Zdorovye videos I seem to be confused about 1 thing. You say not to stretch the muscle when doing these circles, but in order to reach the max ROM I have to stretch the muscle. When I do this, the area where I am performing the circles fatigues quickly. But when I just perform the cirlces in a relaxed manner I do not get fatigued quickly but there is still more ROM that I can explore. On one of the tapes Ben says to use a partner to help reach the max ROM for one of the exercises but Scott says that you should not feel fatigued doing thsse motions. Can someone clarify things for me please?

Yes, don't focus on stretching the muscle put expanding the range of motion of the joint. This is a new movement pattern, you may get a little fatigue(not much though), but keep relaxing through the motion...noticing...integrating your movement, breath and alignment.
