I just finished and I tried to bring my legs up higher on the 4CBD. My lower back is screaming. I notice I bring my rear end in when I do it. Should I be sinking it out more ? I still lean to the opposite side of the leg extended. I had seen a chiro a couple of years ago and he said my bottom three vertebrae are fused together and that one of my legs is a half inch shorter than the other but I just recently had some x-rays done and there was no sign of these problems at all. Could this also be the problem I have when bending over slightly for too long(doing dishes,washing face, etc.) my back just completely locks up?
