1. Any tips for nail or bar bending? its very hard.

2. After a CB workout, I thought I was going to get in a good KB workout. Don't think so. I could not beleive the systemic exhaustion that CB places on the body. Its amazing.

Start slow, small, and be patient you have to wait for the metal to bend under your strength.
If you can't bend it start with a smaller gauge of metal. When you finally get metal to bend there is a tendancy to overdo it due to excitement.
Do not continue, rest for the day and come back tomarrow or the next day.
Then maybe bend the same guage or try a heavier one.

Just be humble and patient!
