Well have been doing the Potatoes not Prozac thing for about two weeks, not religous mind you, but the best I can. Haven't had any panic attacks, but I am still on meds(Doctor wants me on them until my resting heart rate is below 96 which it is regularly). I can really notice the difference day to day and am finally having more good than bad days. Its really amazing the difference between eating good and eating right. Unfortunatley I managed to injure my chest rolling. This has made it hard to excercise but I went out anyway and didn't have a panic attack or abnormal heart rate. The hardest is giving up caffeine, nicotine( I got hooked on chewing in highschool) and simple sugars. I am a bit more bitchy, but I feel better which is most important. Thanks for the help y'all I finally am feeling progress.
Live well,
Jason
