FOr eyars, i was basically a bodybuilder and more concerned with gainign mass than anything else. Lately, my focus has been on developing endurance and athleticism.

When Lifting, I kept myslef on a very high protein diet, at least 200 grams a day of protein. It served its purpose, in two years I went froma bodyweight of 175 to 240 pounds without too much fat gain.

Right now, i am around 225# and wouldnt mind at all if my weight dropped even more. However, I dont want to just burn off muscle for no reason, either. What should my protein intake be to still be able to train and recover ?

Hieght, age, BF% (approximate is fine), volume and type of workout, weight and BF goals?

5'10" tall around 220# probably 20% bodyfat, 34 years old

My workouts now are clubell and BWE mainly. I am keeping a training log here , but to save you time my trainign goals now are more for stamina first and strength second

As for bodyfat goals, Im really not sure. I would like to get my weight below 200# eventually , but I still ahve some of the old body builder mentality and dont want to lose too much muscle mass :)
