Hi

I'm new here,

I've heard alot of good things about your site and products, and I'm really looking forward to starting back up my training now that I'm about done with my knee rehab...my knee was really suckin for a while! I'm thinking about getting the Maximology tapeset...would that be too much if I haven't been through CST/clubells yet?

Peace

Let me give my view. I learned CBs and had the body flow book first - but I really didn't get it all till I saw the maximology tapes. That's probably no help at all - you could go either way.

"That's probably no help at all - you could go either way."

That's all right, thanks for the reply though,

:?: If I where to get a clubell video, Bodyflow video, and the Maximology set... would I have pretty much an all around system to follow as far as Scott's methods of training? Now, I understand that I won't know everything about Scott's methodologies, but I would like to have a good grasp of the basics of Sonnon's system for performance enhancement

(By the way...just to let you know... Since I was 14, I've had a real bad...or you could call "good addiction" to knowledge, as far as performance enhancement goes... I can't seem to stop myself from studying and learning about the subject) So when I show my interest in multiple products, don't think I'm one of those guys whose got to know everything before applying it... I just like to learn the principles and analogies and then package them in my brain for a quick useful resource/system to follow.

Anyways...

Now that my knee's better, I'm ready to start appying all that I know and what I'm interested in learning. I will also be opening up a gym and "self-defence" studio, within 3 months, so I'm looking forward to adding another layer of useful knowledge under my skull about strength training and overall performance enhancement.

Right now I'm following a bodyweight routine (pistols, pullups, one-armed pushups) along with kettlebells (swings, side-press, cleans) for the past week and a half. I'm going in slow and steady, and then I will start back up my rock climbing/bouldering and trail running (along with a workout out routine of course).

Any recomendations would be greatly appreciated!

Peace

Those three courses will give you a solid overview of CST.

Thanks Coach,

For the past few days, in addition to my regular strength routine, I've also been doing foward, side, and backward rolling drills into jump-ups (if that's the name for them) in preperation for getting back into my old training (fun training). I seem to have more agility, energy and spring in my steps, that I've lost from having temporarily stopped my trail running/sprinting and bouldering. I can't wait to go over the Body-Flow series...it seem's real interesting...

Peace,
