Grant,

Please begin by following forum courtesy policy and include your full real name in your signature.

Most of the service personnel who use Clubbells are not available for forum posting.

In your first post you mentioned that you weren't yet in the Marines. Did that change? :?

Hello all im grant, and am looking forward to talking with coach Sonnon and the others and learning their knowledge from this great forum. I have yet to buy my Clubbells® yet , but im on the verge. Im going to leave for the marine corps in the near future and was wondering how beneficial the clubs could be to a infantry marine possibly recon, do any military guys use the clubs with success. Some of you will post to use the kettlebells, ive tried and they are just not for me, so thats out of the picture. I also posted this question on the dragondoor forum and they told me the best bet would be to come here and ask. These Clubbells® just look like they will be right up my alley. My main focus is strength endurance so im sure I can get that with the clubs.

replies are appreciated, Grant

Sorry about the signature coach I will get on that asap. I will be leaving for the marines soon. So I asked would clubbells be beneficial to me as a future marine? Do you know of any military guys that use them?

thanks

A gentleman in my area has a sizable group of law enforcement officers that get together for special training sessions outside what their departments provide. Clubbells have become one of their favorite tools, and I'll be visiting them to see what uses they've come up with on their own.

Some folks have previously posted their training blogs in preparation for boot camp, for their PT tests, and for OCS. You may find some in the Training Blogs forum. :)
