Hi my name Joe and I live in Oregon. First heard about Coach Sonnon through Dragon Door Forum. I'm here to learn more about him and others views and experiences. I am kettlebell enthusiast and do have a pair of clubbells but I don't feel really confident with them yet. But with practice I hope to reap the physical and mental rewards of clubbells.
