Hello,
My left shoulder has started bothering me when I do pushups. It feels kind of unstable and sort of crunches and hurts. I've always been able to do pushups before but this just started about three weeks ago, since I started working on 1 arm pushups. It never bothers me when practicing 1 arm pushups (from an elevated surface) but since that's when it started I stopped doing them. Maybe I just overworked something and it needs time to recover but the left shoulder has always kind of bothered me in some ways. Sometimes when I'm walking it would get sore and when exercising it doesn't feel as strong as the right.
Are there any exercises that might help with shoulder stability? Is it time to invest in a clubbell and what can I do until then?
