Hello all,
I'm looking to set up a new cycle for GPP. My goals are building strength-endurance and weight loss (never really recovered from Christmas...). I'm thinking in terms of an interval program to get some cardio benefit as well.
What I have available: kettlebells (1 9 lbs., 2 18 lbs., 2 36 lbs., 1 53 lbs.), standard weight set, heavy bag. I have no clubbells as of yet. I have Be Breathed, Bodyflow, Warrior Wellness, Shockability, Fisticuffs, the Zdorovye series, GTB vol. 1, 3DPP, and probably a few other RMAX products, along with a number of Pavel's KB books and videos and Naked Warrior.
I have been doing a mixed level warrior wellness program 5-6x/week, but I've let my other training slide. I am 46 years old, 5'11", about 195 lbs.
Something I can do indoors is preferable, given the time of year and the amount of mud in my yard.
Thanks for your help and suggestions.
Yours,
Glenn
