I'm starting up on a GPP cycle, focusing on strength-endurance and fat loss--I haven't quite recovered from the holidays :? . I'm thinking of some variant on interval training (density?) to get some cardio benefit as well. My practice recently has been mostly mixed-level WW and some softwork with my kids, so I'm afraid my conditioning has gone down hill a bit.

In terms of resources, I have a number of KBs (1 53, 2 36, 2 18, 1 9), a standard weight set and bench, a heavy bag (no clubbells yet); I also have quite a bit of RMAX material (Zdorovye series, WW, BB, GTB vol. 1, Shockability, Fisticuffs, Softwork, Integrating Structure, 3DPP, probably a few others), along with a number of Pavel's KB videos and books and Naked Warrior.

I am 46 years old, 5' 11", c.195 pounds. I have limited rotation in my hips (e.g. can't do a proper shin box, but it's gradually improving). I have a reasonably extensive martial arts background, though with very limited grappling.

Thanks for your help.

Yours,
Glenn
