Hello,

I have been doing a BW density program with Bw drills, Clubbells, and Kettlebells. Only a short time into it and already I can see the effects of the Clubbell. I am considering dropping the kettlebell and adding more clubbell excercises. They seem to work really well for me. I am a musician and play percussion. The clubbells seem to fit right in.

I would like to get some input on what excercises to add to the OCS excercises. I would like to just add them in to the routine I am doing now.

I am doing BW ladders a few times a week.
Using density to increase the numbers on the OCS moves.

Any suggestions would be very helpful.
Thank you for reading and for any help you can give.

Peace
Rich

Rich, it's always better to stick a program out when the change is not out of necessity. Remember the Three Laws of Conditioning from CT4CS - you need to produce a repeatable outcome in order to adapt and progress. Therefore if you intend to exchange equipment, I would suggest staying close to the same movement emulation - in this case, changing the KB snatch to snatching with Clubbells.

ThanksCoach,

I will stick out the kettlebell density until I get the 25reps and then switch.

Since I am very close to finishing with the swipes original plan do you have any recomendations for additional excercises I can use when training the Mill?

Thanks for guidance.

Peace
Rich

Rich, do a search on the forum for the Short Whip, Saber-Grip Inward Pendulum and Taskmaster. Check out PHASE IV in the current issue of CST Magazine for photos.
