My interest in this forum has comes from some admittedly limited experience with Zdorovye and Biomechanical exercise. I look forward to discussing these issues further in the future. I used to be a member of the old AMERROSS and Rmax forums andI like the new forum layout. I miss the old three bird, Full Circle logo though
