I am having such a hard time doing anything daily. I maybe do Warrior Wellness™ for a couple of days then miss some. I haven't been keeping my food log. I just can't seem to get motivated. I know what I need to be doing but I sit around most of the day and watch tv and have panic attacks most of the week. I know it all boils down to self discipline but I'm just not seeming to get it. Any helpful ideas?

Thanks

Cristina, a lot of this is physical, and comes from your being out of whack. So please don't "blame" yourself for that can't-get-started feeling.

Are you able to have a good breakfast every morning? If not, just do that one thing. Even before journal and WW.

Because biochemical stability starts with the food, and until you get enough of that going, it doesn't do any good to try to whip up the mental game looking for motivation and all that.

I know it seems too small but it's a very important baby step. Just breakfast, if you aren't doing that yet.

I feel for you Christina. Your not alone in your struggles. There are alot of us that have motivation problems.
Myself, I always feel better when the weather is warmer.
Don't be too hard on yourself. Follow Connie's advise. Baby steps. It will all come together at some point.
Take Care
