Hi,

I was interested in purchasing the Warrior Wellness DVD. I was curious, how long does a work-out take? 30 minutes?

Any special equiptment required?

Is this work-out ballanced for the whole body?

Could I use this as a warm-up for a more strenous work-out? Or is it too balistic already.

Here are the answers to your questions,

1. 20 minutes after you learn how to do the exercises from head to feet.
Some people are faster at are some slower.

2. No special equipment required.

3. Yes, WW is for the entire body.

4. Once you learn it WW is a great warm-up for training.
Also great for rehabilitation, coordinating your movement, and Active Recovery.
