Hello All
I have just bought warrior wellness.
And i was wondering if i do other forms of light training like working out on my total Gym, or do isometric's from john person books.

Will this have any adverse affects like loss of flexibility.
I wouldnt mind small losses.

Make Warrior Wellness a daily practice, and you shouldn't have a problem with that.

I would think that the two compliment each other well. Peterson's book has a lot of excellent ideas, but all of them are raised to an entirely new level with the addition of Warrior Wellness--which is about as stone cold basic and powerful a foundation for movement sophisticated and simple as you are likely to find anywhere.
