first of all let me say thank you to RMAX.tv for all the great information and guidance they provide to fools like me who haven't a clue.I have been lurking around for a while and thought i may as well throught my hat into the ring.
my name is Gareth Hynes I am a 19 year old student from belfast northern ireland who is studying english and social anthroplogy who about a year ago decided he wanted to do a bit of soul searching and came across martial arts by chance. Now i can't get enough of the thing and am studying bjj and reciently got a silver medal as a novice in a natioanl tourney. I came across this website as I was trying to learn more about combat pycology and deepening of performance and basically have stayed as there is always something different to work on from this forum. and as i said before thank you
