I'm having difficulty with the 180 back roll/rotations.
Forward, left, back and upright again is no problem, but when I go forward and right I get a lot of discomfort in my lower ribs and back area.
It is stopping me from being able to complete the rotation/roll and is starting to get quite frustrating.
I think it's a case of not fearing the discomfort and then not analyzing it when in movement.
I tottaly agree with Scott when he says analysis begets paralysis.
When I do ww I do it very deeply., it sometimes takes over an hour, and I do both begginer and intermediate putting extra focus on a particular range of motion each day.
I guess maybe if I go really deep on the begginer side bends etc that will help with the problem.
Thoughts?
Cheers.
