After violently falling off the program, I've restarted my Radiant Recovery dietary evolution.
Over the past few weeks I have become consistent about eating a significant amount of protein for breakfast, though I don't always remember the "brown food" with my breakfast. Right now I'm alternating several kinds of protein sources so I don't get bored like I have before.
The protein sources I am alternating/combining include:
grilled pork/beef - usually ribs or other inexpensive cuts
cottage cheese - low/no fat
whole eggs - usually fried (3)
peanut butter - organic (1-3 tblspns)
My brown sources are usually:
Natural Ovens bread - wheat, oatmeal, etc. (2+ pieces)
Cereal - Raisin Bran or something similar (1 bowl w/ milk)
I don't want to get bored again, and I don't want to kill myself with cholesterol. Any suggestions on what I might do better?
