I'm 64, have been active to some degree in martial arts, individual adventure sports, and fitness for most of my life but have never really done anything that I consider remarkable in any of them. My only claim to fame is to have authored Strictly Street Stuff which is available on Scrappers website, trainforstrength.com. I am interested in learning more about the FCBD program that is mentioned in Coach Sonnons posts on MMA.TV. Specifically I would like to know which video(s) or books would be best to get to learn this program.

Grandpab, welcome to the CST Tribe! It's an honor to have you and please let everyone in the MA section know about your book - many people whom I respect have said good things about it! The Basic, Intermediate and Advanced FCBD are depicted in the Basic, Intermediate and Advanced Warrior Wellness programs respectively. The "Elite" level is not in any of my videos. I look forward to reading your insights and progress with the FCBD.

Thanks for the quick reply Coach. I just wanted to let you know that after reading it I ordered the basic, intermediate and advanced Warrior Wellness programs and the Clubbell Training for Circular Strength videos from Amazon. I am looking forward to trying these programs and to using this forum. The CST Forum is well set up and very informative, thanks for making it available to us. Thanks for your kind comments about Strictly Street Stuff.
