Announcement: New England NSCA Coaches Clinic: KB Demo

I just wanted to let everyone know that Saturday, April 9th, I'm going to be presenting on Kettlebell Training at the NENSCA Clinic. It will be held in Canton, MA at the CATS Sports Complex. Contact and admittance information will be posted tomorrow for all who may be interested. I'll be covering the basics of RKC training along with as many fun mutations as time will allow.

I'd love to see some Tribe members out there along with anyone else who may be curious to see what Kettlebells are all about.

Thanks Charlie! And I'm sorry for not posting more info. My prep for the event kind of threw me off schedule. We had a lot of fun and threw a lot of heavy iron around. :twisted:
