Nice Work Bao!

I just wanted to post a note of congrats to Boa Tran who has an article in the most recent CST mag. I am fortunate to know Bao and train with him in combat sambo (get back soon Bao! We all miss you!). His movement is fabulous and he lives what he talks. He is a good man with a good spirit. Bao has worked very hard here in NYC establishing himself in an arena that is not so friendly to new ideas and concepts - I know, I worked in a similar health club setting for years.

So, I wanted to give major public props to Bao for going with his heart and living his dream :D
