Hello from Ron

Here is my very official, "The Welcome Mat," introduction. I'm Ron, go by "Ravensron" at websites and e-groups. Found this site through the MMA "Underground" site, and joined it because Scrapper referred to it.
I use Scrapper's routines, interspersed with weight-training, and am currently practicing penjak silat.
