My name is Robert Brown and I’ve been reading this forum (and its earlier incarnation) for some time. I have much of Coach Sonnon’s material, though no Clubbells. I am 39 years old, not in particularly good shape but looking to progress in all aspects of fitness: strength, anaerobic endurance, aerobic capacity, flexibility, agility, etc. Basically, I just want to feel energetic and young, but with an emphasis on martial arts enhancement. Up until a few months ago, I had studied kung fu for about four years and am still interested in martial arts. At the moment I’m looking into Indonesian and Filipino arts. Anyway, I greatly enjoy this forum for the knowledge and support exhibited throughout. A little ADD and a lifetime of procrastination (as well as over-analysis paralysis) have helped me craft a multitude of “perfect” exercise regimens while hindering my implementation of said plans…so I have a bit of “book knowledge” on fitness, but very little in the way of personal experience. I do particularly like the new-old ways espoused by Coach Sonnon and the “find your own way (with some guidance, of course)” methodology the Tribe seems to follow.

Thanks for listening,

Robert
