Hey all, I was just wondering if I could get some advice on how to help speed up my recovery. 2 weeks ago I was at a wrestling tourney trying to qualify for the nationals, during the match my opponent excuted a perfect hip throw on me. Problem was that when he went to turn his body away from me and sweep his leg back he caught me in the inside of my right knee wich dislocated for a split second and then amazingly went back into place. I've been doing light light rehab, I can do single leg curls with my right leg but am unable to do leg extensions without much discomfort underneath my patella, also the swelling is taking a really long time to go down. Anyways, thanks to anyone who took the time to read this and any advice is welcome.
