Hey all, I was just wondering if I could get some advice on how to help speed up my recovery. 2 weeks ago I was at a wrestling tourney trying to qualify for the nationals, during the match my opponent excuted a perfect hip throw on me. Problem was that when he went to turn his body away from me and sweep his leg back he caught me in the inside of my right knee wich dislocated for a split second and then amazingly went back into place. I've been doing light light rehab, I can do single leg curls with my right leg but am unable to do leg extensions without much discomfort underneath my patella, also the swelling is taking a really long time to go down. Anyways, thanks to anyone who took the time to read this and any advice is welcome.

This is not the answer you want, but...
You really need it checked out in person. Way too many things could be going on that need to be ruled in or out before any treatment suggestions could be given. Some things could make it worse, depending on what tissues are damages/irritated etc.
Once you have a diagnosis and perhaps a treatment plan, we could answer questions or offer suggestions. But you need to know what's going on under your skin.
Hope it helps,
Vince

Definitely see a health pro. Lots of people here can help you once we know what the diagnosis is, but we need the offical medical verdict first. It would be irresponsible for us to start throwing out rehab suggestions without more info, with this exception:
 Stop all weight training with the injured leg. Working it now may just aggravate the problem, possibly resulting in surgery and/or an end to your competitive career. Keep it mobile, but don't try to strengthen it yet.
See the doctor so you know where you are starting from, and then we will be happy to help you get from there to where you want to be. :D
