In my practice I have seen some of the worst X-rays in patients who have become some of the most driven athletes. Do not let a diagnoses stop you from moving. AS a chiropractor I often use radiographs to determine th course of treatment. Not to freeze the patient from health. It might be wise to stay away from activities that require a great deal of lifting but please continue with Warrior Wellness. If you listen closely again to Scott at the beginning he cautions you to go slow. He is not kidding. Spasm is often a sign of an overstimulated nervous system going into a panic. Slow down a little and decrease your range of motion. It might take you a couple of days to look like Scott does on the video ( he he ). Seriously it will take you some time to achieve what you see, but you will receive almost immediate benefits if you listen and go slow. The first time I listened to the instruction to go slow and easy, I thought I was cheating myself from a good workout, however I loved how I felt when I was done. Good health to you.
