I'm wondering if anybody might have any ideas to stave of a possible chain developing on the left side of my body for the last 4-5 days:
Essentially I experience simultaneous discomfort on the inside(arch side) of my left heel and around the left Pec area (I say Pec but in actual fact it feels quite a bit deeper)

Not sure if the two are in fact are related but it did seem to co-incidental to ignore.

Thanks

Cilian

Pain wise: Nothing
Bodily wise: Bronchitis and a lay off in training
Activity wise: Standing on a ladder at funny angles for a solid six hours or so.

Am I dying?

Cilian,
The deep ache you experience sounds more like it relates to recovery from Bronchitis. I assume you did a good deal of heavy coughing? That's quite a bit of work - hard coughing - can really strain the intercostals. Rest, give it time and work on slow and smooth thoracic circles and infinities.
I also suspect standing on a ladder for 6 hours a day created an vocational imbalance - the ankle tension you now endure. You're right handed I would guess; holding on to the ladder with your left hand and operating with your right hand shifting your weight to your left foot. Work on the Foot Curl (http://www.rmax.tv/images/footcurl.AVI) and Foot Roll (http://www.rmax.tv/images/footroll.AVI).

That's a frighteningly accurate summation Scott, I see the KGB's(or is it FSB) network in London is stronger than ever  .

Thank you for your help, I'll start on the Foot Curl and Roll tomorrow
