Interesting. I've had to deal with threatening confrontations at work lately. As a result, I'm getting scared of going to work to the point where I'm always looking over my shoulder and stressing out whenever I see somebody who might be a threat. Maybe I'll look into bodyflow.

Also, where are your clubbells shipped from? I live in Vancouver B.C. so I'm trying to figure out how long it would take for me to get a set!
