Just played warrior wellness today. Went throught the
whole program took 25 minutes. Things i noticed where
It's not easy it's challenging. But just the right amount of
challenging i could do it without having a break but felt it.

It kinda felt like yoga of pilates in the joints and in the efforts
except i could do it.
So i guess it's kinda a form of strength training.

The thing is i thought i would find more tension and pain around the
joints and be pushing limits but i didnt.

I 25 and havent done much weight training and have little injuries.
I am a good lot over weight.

But i thought id get more benefit out of the tapes.
Am i making any mistakes mabeye i didnt do the moves right.
But i tried my best.
I am hopeing to regain mobility so when i lose weight i can pratice yoga.
Please tell me benefits of warrior wellnes and correct my wrong view because i was planning to do it daily.

Thomas,

Perform the program for three weeks, then evaluate it. If you can perform all of the moves with a rating of technique of 8 or higher consistently, then move on to the intermediate program. I assure you... challenge awaits.

If you're overweight (or even if you're not), you've been weight training all your life.

Thomas,
I had an old music instructor who told us kids that we shouldn't judge a song unless we had practiced and then performed in front of an audience three times. Then we had the opportunity to throw it out of the line-up of tunes if we wanted to.

Out of 6 years of training with this instructor, we never threw out one song. We actually had to talk him into three using his own words. Listen to Coach Sonnon. Give it the due time. Time heals all wounds. I am now forty one years of age. It took me six months to achieve some results and only a few weeks with others. You are still young and have natural growth hormone at your fingertips. Appreciate your gift and prepare for longevity. As a physician I can see your future. Do not disregard your new find. enjoy your journey and I look forward to hearing of your new insights that you find as you progress. I have never yet had a student of music jump up and down after their first guitar lesson and profess mastery. However, freedom will come soon.

Kevin.
