I joined this forum about a month ago,and have done as much
reading as I can.
Thank you all for the inspiring posts, and info.
I am ready to start one of the programs, but,I am not sure how to
judge which one to do.
Body Flow seems like it would do a lot of good, but I am a begginer,
so would Warrior Wellness be the place to start, then work up to the Body Flow?
I am not over weight, and do participate in martial arts, but do have some joint and back problems,if that makes a difference.
Thank you for the advice.

We're all beginners, and Warrior Wellness is the place we start and re-start and re-start.
Here's a good overview article: Core Competencies (http://www.circularstrengthmag.com/21/sonnon.html).

. . . and then we re-start, and then we re-start to infinity . . .

Hi Terry,
Warrior Wellness is great and I have found that it is not only the foundation for CST but should really be the foundation for all health programs in general. Joint health and mobility is definately where it all starts.
Enjoy the process,
Matt :D

Terry,
Welcome aboard! Nice to see you turn up somewhere since SDF went south.
I hate to sound like a broken record but Warrior Wellness IS the place to start. Not to be immodest, but if you click on my nametag and search out my posts from the length and breadth of 2004, you will find four posts I made detailing my progression through the WW program. The Threads were Warrior Wellness 4 Months in, 6 Months In, 9 Months in, and 12 Months in. OK , so I lack originality in naming my threads. Still, It should give you an idea of my progression through WW. Which may I add did wonders for my lower back, and we're talking three herniated discs here. Currently I've been working on the Be Breathed tape, but I still do my personal version of WW every other day before I either work out, or train my SD.
In any event, Good Luck and enjoy the journey! I hope WW works out as well for you as it did for me.

Terry,
The Ny/Nj Pack is fine. Still training, still and still hanging. I'll pass on your regards.
And remember, the real key to WW is persistence and consistency ( just like everything else worthwhile in this life).
Take care!
