Hey everyone, i'm doing my college work and I got tired and sluggish so I went downstairs to do my very brief ww pickmeup routine with a few mins of trinity breathing which has successfully energised me and I tried a variation of the spine twist ( where you twist and look behind while swinging the arms) which simply involved bending over 45 degree's and twisting.
I got the idea from reading Scott's dolphin article where he illustrated how when you play with angles you can hit the tissue's in different ways and improve release.
It seemed fine and i'll deffinitely include it in my main routine from now on and go deep with it to see if I get some new release.
Has anyone tried this before?
Do you think it is dangerous? it seemed fine to me.
Oh yea......is this right.........I used to think the six degrees of freedom were worked upon in their entirety because it made sure the joint capsule was fully worked, but now after reading the dolphinarticle i'm thinking that it is because the different angles work the tissue's in different ways....don't know if I explained my thought there very well....do you understand?
Cheers!!
