View Full Version : Trouble using Shopping Basket

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone else had trouble online ordering from RMAX the last day or two?

Since yesterday afternoon I've tried to order some things but can't get the system to recognize I have merchandise in the Shopping Basket. I sign in, select something and when the new screen updates the quantity it tells me to sign in again. If I go directly to the Shopping Basket, it reads that there is nothing there. Kind of goes in a loop like that.

Could be just me doing something wrong I guess, but I've ordered twice in the past and didn't have any trouble.

Also, I sent an email to the support address for the store front (support@Clubbell.tv) but haven't received a response yet.

Hello Dan,

We have not received your message; probably it was lost in the cyberspace.

On our site it states:

ATTENTION!
COOKIES must be turned ON to order through our secure shopping cart.

Did you check and make sure that cookies on your computer turned on?

Thanks, that took care of it. My security setting was such that it accepts cookies from most sites I deal with but not RMAX, for some reason. I just turned it off entirely and was able to make the purchase. Thanks.
