and I have to say this is some of the most eye opening material I've ever seen! Not since I first saw "IOUF" have I been in awe of the material presented. I felt like a child when it was over and now realize how little I truly know. There's a whole new world out there for me now and it's time to "clean the slate" when it comes to my combat sports training. I also want to say thanks to everyone on this board for the wonderful information you present! Sorry for the brief interuption, now carry on! :)
