Hey everyone,
I'm 22 years old and hope to start training MMA soon. I came across Coach Sonnon's work about 6-7 months ago and was blown away. It's made a huge impact on my life and day-to-day living. I have almost all the tape sets now and a pair of Clubbells. I hope to learn much from this forum. Thanks,
