Many of you know Joseph Wilson through his great articles in CST Magazine. He is a graduate of CST Zeta in Atlanta, GA and the inaugural Hardwork seminar in Atlanta, GA and Softwork seminar in Bellingham, WA. Joseph is also the Director and Owner of Memphis Martial Arts (http://memphismartialarts.com/) - the #1 martial art school in the US Mid-South, with hundreds of students, and offering classes in Modern Kenpo, Filipino Martial Arts, Aikido, Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, Judo, Muay Thai, Capoeria, Self-Defense/Self-Protection and of course Circular Strength Training. Joseph has a distinguished tactical training background as a law enforcement officer and defensive tactics and physical fitness trainer, an active internal affairs detective, and an inductee into the International Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
I've had the honor of knowing Joe for many years now, and what stands out is not his incredible list of varied accomplishments in martial arts and fitness, nor his esteemed duties in law enforcement and community service, but his personal integrity, unwavering moral fiber and of course... poignant wit.
It is with great pleasure that I would like to announce to you, that while here in Bellingham, WA this weekend participating on the cast of our new film, Joe was elected to the CST Head Coaching Staff.
I shall allow him to make an introduction as to his goals and vision of where his leadership on the staff will take us, through his good example, research and development. He has tremendously exciting ideas for aiding the continued evolution of the CST System.
So, please join me in congratulating Coach Wilson!
Welcome to the Staff, amigo. Now the work begins!

What can I say about CST Head Coach Joey W? MMMmm... Well he is a handsome devil; better yet he is a handsome southern gentleman who has a gentle and pleasant disposition. Joey W was my partner most of time at the first softwork seminar and it was blissful working with someone like him. Joe, I am so happy for you and I look foward in working with you again. There are many silent CST heroes and I look foward in meeting all of you soon as well.
Yours in Strength,
Bao

Thanks you all so much! Words cannot describe the honor that I feel being associated with such wonderful people. Thank you to Jodie and Coach Sonnon for being such incredible friends and examples of what loving people are. Thank you to Dan being such a great example and such a great teacher (and for putting up with my non-stop mouth). Thanks to Brandon for being all that he is. Thanks to Doug for making the trip to Memphis a few years back and teaching me so much. Connie, Bao, Brett, Chuck,Jarlo, Kevin, Slade, Jeanne, Jason...I have worked with all of you and learned from all of you (as well as anyone else that I have worked with at CST events) Thanks you all so much for your kind words. I promise I will give 100%. I hope to see you all in July at the Softwork and Body flow seminars. Smile.
Always,
Joseph
