Hi,
I'm (almost:) 32 years old and i play floorball. I got a pair of 10lbs clubbells 3 weeks ago and my main goal is to improve shoulder strength/flexibility and grip strength. At the moment i'm on Coach Davies' InnerCircle program which also includes clubbell work.
