Hi,
I'm UK (London) based and found this site via mma.tv and Scrapper's website.
At the moment, i'm working out how i will fit together Scrapper's stuff, Body Flow exercises (book & tapes are on order) and Taku's intervals - without being unable to move for days after :) But i'm just procrastinating and just need to get off my bum and start it.
I currently am learning to fence twice a week and want to get back into doing krav maga (for self defence) and jujitsu (for traditional martial art basis)...just not enough evenings in the week :D I would also love to do a beginner's course in acrobatics in the future so i'm really intrigued to see how the Body Flow exercises will help my gymnastic abilities :)
