Were are about a month away from the Northwest ICS Regionals. They will be held on June 25, at 2 pm. The location is The Academy of Kung Fu in Portland, OR. 3228 SE 21st Ave (Near the corner of 21st and Powell Blvd)
Admission is free, and there will also be a demonstration of other Clubbell routines and Body Flow kinetic chains after the contest.
Competitors may use any weight of clubbell, but remember that only the official weights will count toward national rankings.
