It's so much fun to watch the "This not that" attitude manefest in all its myriad ways. It seems that humans have a bent for this kind of thinking, and we as knuckledraggers must always strive to evolve beyond two-dimensional thinking, into a world where every action and tool is just another way to explore our inner worlds. Both of these tools are superb. Different goals and needs require different tools, and we have to have the ability to decide what is appropriate for US without needing to cut the other man down. for me, this is a part of the maturation process, and a road we should blaze for those brothers and sisters who still think that there is some absolute training truth "out there" somewhere.

Well put, Steve! There need be no conflict between KBs and CBs. We all have our favorite toys and there is never any reason to denegrate another's. As it has been said:

Cooperation + Tolerance = Peace

I think Steve just needs to use a heavier CB. And maybe get a certified CST or someone comitted to CB's to teach and train him.

I don't know anyone who thinks it's easy, once they learn the proper useage of a CB.

Everyone "can" lift a heavier Clubbell until they actually do. Once they do, it's whimper city.

It reminds me of armchair "lethal technique martial artists" who would look at Sambo or BJJ or NHB/MMA for that matter and say, "that's just sport, not 'real' fighting."

People can evaluate Clubbells once they've seriously and properly implemented them for a cycle.
